Lead Visual Merchandiser

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you'll play a critical role in creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, ensuring the store meets financial goals and associates are providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform operational functions in the assigned area of accountability, Sales, to ensure the store meets company expectations.
- Effectively perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register functions, and back office procedures.
- Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back of house standards during manager-on-duty shifts.
- Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to educate team on product, improve selling skills, and achieve business goals.
- Provide training and coaching expertise to associates in selling, product knowledge, clienteling, and in-home services.
- Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred (specialty retail preferred, but not required).
- Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
- Ability to be active, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting for extended periods of time, required throughout the workday.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $21.50-$24.50 per hour.
