About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at VTRANS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports, to support the team's administrative needs.
  • Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance and optimal logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and process import and export documents, as well as other forms, on behalf of clients.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
