Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Treat Dental Diseases: Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue to diagnose dental diseases and develop effective treatment plans.
- Restore and Replace Teeth: Use your expertise to restore and replace diseased and decayed teeth, ensuring optimal oral health for our patients.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor our dental team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of patient care.
- Design and Fabricate Dental Appliances: Create custom dental appliances, such as bridgework and dentures, to meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Education and Certification: Possess a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and be certified by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada.
- Experience and Skills: Have at least 3 years of experience in a dental setting, with a strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and communication.
- Physical and Mental Demands: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and possess excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
