We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Colen Grace Cleaning Company Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement, and recommend these to management.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our cleaning staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
