Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Technician/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, utilizing Tableau to facilitate KPI attainment, and providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily clinic operations, including patient intake and administrative tasks
- Utilize Tableau to facilitate KPI attainment and inform patient care decisions
- Process prescription renewal requests and optimize clinic capacity
- Foster a collegial and respectful clinic environment
- Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent
- Lab Technician certification (certified)
- Medical administration experience
- Clinic experience is an asset
- Proven ability to work proficiently in a busy fast-paced specialist clinic environment
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in technology, including MS Office and EMR systems experience
- Cantonese Mandarin, Farsi, or Arabic language skills are an asset
- Full-time role, 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week
- Reports to the Team Lead: Patient Care Coordinators
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hourly rate: $00 per hour
