Mechanical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assistant to join our team at Airmaster Mechanical Ltd. As a Mechanical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our technicians and tradespeople in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist technicians and tradespeople with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required
- Hold stakes during surveying activities
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Help tradespeople, apprentices, and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
As a Mechanical Assistant, you will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to noisy, cold, and hot environments, and will be required to handle heavy loads.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience an asset
- Physically demanding work
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Handling heavy loads
We offer a permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
