DEMUS is a prominent feminist organization in Peru, committed to challenging the prevailing cultural norms that perpetuate discrimination based on gender, class, and race. They strive to highlight and advocate for the rights of women and LGTBIQ+ individuals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and design graphics and multimedia content for Demus' social media outreach and communication efforts.
- Assist in the production of communication materials for significant events.
- Support Demus' social media initiatives in collaboration with various partners and organizations.
Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in communication, advertising, journalism, or a related creative field.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
- Background in feminism, gender studies, or human rights is a plus.
- Ability to manage digital content and adhere to graphic standards.
- Experience with social media platforms including Twitter, WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
