Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our management team at our Brampton location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide coaching and mentoring to improve sales performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
