Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Aliya's Foods Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our operations. This includes working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, documenting technical specifications, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain progress and other reports.
  • Conduct routine statistical analysis of data.
  • Liaise with management, engineers, and other trades.
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Certified.
  • Criminal record check.
Work Environment

The Business Systems Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
