We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Best Truck Service & Automotive (Peace River) Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service team, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services and products.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and communication.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding of our services and products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or service coordination role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our service center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our service team to ensure seamless communication with customers. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and may be required to lift light weights.
