Noverka Conseil is seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of critical business reconciliation and banking matching capabilities.

As an Integration Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape of our solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration between various systems and applications within the financial domain.

  • Contribute to Architectural Excellence: You will actively participate in establishing robust architecture principles and guidelines that drive consistency and efficiency across our projects.
  • Collaborative Solution Design: Work closely with strategic architects to validate and refine reconciliation solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Advisory Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to development teams throughout the design process, fostering a culture of architectural excellence.
  • End-to-End Solution Oversight: Monitor the implementation and performance of end-to-end solutions, ensuring they adhere to established guidelines and target architectures.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development or architecture.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in architectural roles within the financial sector, specifically focusing on reconciliation and matching solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coordination and monitoring complex technical projects.
  • In-depth understanding of financial industry practices, particularly accounting principles and payment processing systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities, autonomy, and initiative to drive projects forward independently.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments with political acumen.
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies and Atlassian tools for project management and collaboration.
  • Fluency in both French and English for seamless communication within a multinational environment.
