Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various facilities. This position involves overseeing a dedicated team of cleaning professionals to ensure high standards of hygiene and orderliness.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Exposure to odours, dust, and dirt
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Provide assistance to cleaning staff as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a small team of 1 to 2 specialized cleaners.
