About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team at New Pioneer Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and ensure high standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to maintain a skilled and compliant team.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to provide guidance and support.
  • Work Term: Permanent to ensure stability and continuity.
  • Work Language: English to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
