Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at Fraserway RV, Canada's largest vertically integrated RV Company. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, determining their needs, and selecting products that best match their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, determining their needs and preferences
  • Select products that best match customers' lifestyle and interests
  • Closing sales deals by following company sales processes and procedures
  • Ensuring paperwork is completed and signed before presenting to the Financial Services office
  • Utilizing company CRM system to improve sales productivity and product knowledge
  • Achieving minimum gross profits and number of units sold targets as set by Management
  • Conducting customer orientation of a purchased unit when a Delivery Coordinator is not available
  • Calling all sold customers within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintaining the Sales area and equipment as required by the General Manager
Requirements:
  • Sales Consultant experience preferred (RV's, Cars, Boats, Furniture, Real Estate)
  • AMVIC License
  • Basic understanding of Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and closing skills
  • Strong team player
