Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Steel Stud Framer to join our team at K-W DRYWALL SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Work Environment

The Steel Stud Framer will work at heights, in a noisy and dusty environment. The work setting will be in construction, with relocation costs covered by the employer. The candidate must be willing to relocate and work in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Work at heights, in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal suitability: Team player, willing to travel, and work in a fast-paced environment.
