Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at WIS International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks, including inventory receipt, storage, and distribution.
- Logistics and Inventory Analysis: Conduct regular inventory audits, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train inventory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
