About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to address any issues that may arise.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and hire staff, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods are essential for this role.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
