Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Eleven Foods Incorporated.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with products and services to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Employment: Enjoy a stable and secure work environment.
- Language of Work: English.
- Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
