  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Understanding of PPAP and FAI programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to perform under pressure to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
