As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will respond to alarms and emergency situations, utilizing your strong verbal de-escalation skills to address incidents.
Confidentiality and discretion are paramount when managing sensitive information, and you will consistently provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude.
- Preventing theft, violence, or violations of rules and regulations.
- Monitoring site visitors and conducting ID checks in line with site protocols.
- Responding professionally to emergencies (alarms, medical situations, fires, and other urgent matters).
- Effectively communicating any suspicious activities, concerns, or incidents.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed reports on activities, security breaches, and hazardous occurrences.
- Regularly patrolling the facility to ensure no potential conflicts go unnoticed while adhering to PPE protocols.
Position Highlights:
- Starting pay for Security Operative roles at $20.36 per hour.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES:
- Passionate about ensuring safety and engaging with the public.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in Security or Customer Service is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (where applicable).
Mandatory Requirements:
All officers must possess a valid New Brunswick Security License, which will be provided by the company. Basic Security Training will also be provided.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training.
- Use of Force Training.
High School Diploma or GED
