Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at 1155185 BC Ltd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
