Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers and other plant care products as needed
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure optimal health and appearance
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to prepare soil for planting
  • Lay sod or seed to establish new lawns and gardens
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty and diversity of our clients\u0027 outdoor spaces
  • Work in a variety of locations, including clients\u0027 homes and outdoor spaces
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
