Lead Counsel for Commercial Insurance Litigation

  • Oversee a diverse array of intricate insurance litigation cases, encompassing coverage disagreements, claims of bad faith, policy analysis, and significant liability disputes.
  • Offer strategic legal counsel and solutions to insurance entities and commercial clients regarding potential litigation challenges and conflict resolution.
  • Draft, assess, and negotiate sophisticated legal agreements and documents pertinent to insurance and commercial affairs.
  • Advocate for clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and regulatory actions.
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships, comprehending their business objectives and providing customized legal guidance.
  • Guide and mentor junior attorneys and legal personnel within the litigation department.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective identification and management of legal risks.
  • Remain informed about developments in insurance legislation and commercial litigation practices to deliver proactive counsel to clients and the firm.
  • Contribute to the firm's expertise and thought leadership in the field of insurance commercial litigation through writing publications, conducting workshops, and engaging in professional organizations.
