About Us
Savers is a global for-profit retailer of second-hand items, offering high-quality, gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Our business model, 'Rethink and Reuse,' encompasses buying, selling, and recycling, providing communities with a smart way to shop and preventing over 700 million pounds of used items from ending up in landfills each year. We also support over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items, providing a source of income that helps fund their essential community programs and services.
Our Brands
We operate over 300 stores. Our brands include Value Village (in Canada and the US), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), Savers (in the US), 2nd Avenue (in the US), Unique (in the US), and Savers in Australia.
About the Role
As a Sales Supervisor - Retail, you will be part of our management team, responsible for making key decisions that directly impact the success of your store. You will continuously improve and empower your team members. The Sales Supervisor - Retail role may include:
- Front-of-store supervisor
- Production supervisor
- Community donations supervisor
