Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Assistant involves essential tasks to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage spaces, appliances, and tools.
  • Cleaning Supplies Management: Properly handle and store various cleaning agents.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage locations.
  • Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen waste and refuse appropriately.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure cleanliness.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
