The Role
We are seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient removal and cleaning of large-scale petroleum storage tanks. This position emphasizes a 'safety first' philosophy and requires candidates who are driven, results-oriented, and collaborative. The role involves travel throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring safe practices at all times
- Oversee the preparation and execution of cleaning operations at client facilities
- Complete all necessary documentation, including job reports, billing, safety forms, and performance metrics
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Clients, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Assist in training and mentoring field personnel
- Provide performance feedback to HR regarding supervised employees
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Experience in tank cleaning and/or confined space entry
- Preferred experience in automated cleaning
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential
- 3-5 years of relevant industry and supervisory experience
- Proficient in computer applications
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Able to work independently in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely
