Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Symposium Cafe Restaurant & Lounge. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
