Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that food quality is consistently excellent.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we receive the best possible products and services.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business an asset.
