Position Summary:
The Hairdressing Apprenticeship Program at Regis Corporate is designed to equip you with the essential hours of hands-on training experience in accordance with required curriculum topics, enabling you to achieve your licensure while working under the guidance of a licensed stylist. As an apprentice, you will be responsible for honing your skills and meeting all performance benchmarks.
You will deliver exceptional service to clients by offering a comprehensive array of hair care treatments available at our salons, including cutting, styling, coloring, shampooing, perming, and waxing services. Our goal is to ensure that every client enjoys a memorable experience during each visit, achieved through quality consultations, outstanding service, and the expertise to recreate their desired look at home.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a Diploma in Hairstyling from an accredited institution.
- For internationally trained hairstylists, possession of all necessary documentation as mandated by regulatory authorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service, with an understanding of client needs, delivering quality consultations, and executing requested services proficiently and professionally.
- Capability to handle administrative responsibilities such as processing transactions on the computerized register, performing closing procedures, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
