Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This is a permanent role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week and a focus on maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to management.
- Maintenance: Organize and schedule maintenance and repair tasks.
- Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate team members, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Work Assignment: Distribute tasks and monitor progress among team members.
- Inventory Management: Order necessary materials and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures.
- Logistics Oversight: Plan and manage the operational logistics of the warehouse.
Oversee a team of 3-10 employees, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
