Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced Lead Project Coordinator to join our Project Advisory team. This role entails the management of project planning, execution, and delivery, while offering expert insights to guarantee successful project results and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust leadership capabilities, familiarity with project management frameworks, and a proven history of overseeing a variety of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating and managing intricate information for precision and risk on numerous high-stakes projects to ensure the highest standards and timely delivery of a broad range of contracted services.
  • Conducting plan and cost assessments, site evaluations, property condition analyses, and internal quality assurance reviews.
  • Executing due diligence for proposed developments.
  • Leading construction project management efforts and facilitating project meetings.
  • Assisting in various business development initiatives.
  • Preparing presentations and conducting research.
  • Guiding team members through mentorship, including both group and individual training sessions.
  • Supporting senior team members in both fieldwork and office tasks on more complex or specialized projects.
  • Aiding senior leadership with various projects, company initiatives, and administrative responsibilities.
  • This position requires travel, both locally and nationally, which may include overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with five years of relevant experience. Alternatively, ten years of comparable experience may be accepted in lieu of this educational requirement.
  • Extensive experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and construction administration.
  • Familiarity with residential, retail, and commercial design or construction processes.
  • Preferred construction-related professional certifications such as AC, CPC, LEED AP, PE, PMP, RA, RICS, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization, including lenders, investors, developers, and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and proficiency in managing diverse tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proven capability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve the highest quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional written, mathematical, and grammatical skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
