We are seeking a skilled Traditional Wellness Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of an integrated traditional wellness program.
About the Role
As a Traditional Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating the development and implementation of traditional wellness programs
- Collaborating with regional health authorities and community partners to ensure alignment with the Northern First Nations Wellness Plan
- Assisting the Senior Regional Team in developing a Traditional Healing strategy and funding framework
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as First Nations studies or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in regional health authority systems and services, with a focus on traditional wellness and medicine
- Experience coordinating and delivering traditional wellness programs within community settings

As a member of our team, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
