Compensation and Benefits Include:

  • Initial salary of £27,346, rising to £28,507 post-training (additional pay adjustments for specific locations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assuming responsibility for the pub's operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations, managing customer interactions, administrative tasks, and cash handling.
  • Leading, guiding, and inspiring the team.
  • Prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and resolving issues.
  • Working various shifts throughout the week, including front-of-house and kitchen roles.
  • Maintaining high standards across all areas: cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance, and ambiance.
