Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visually appealing store displays.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stockouts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience using internet-based tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a willingness to travel as required.
