Positions to fill: 1

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in gaming, retail, or supply chain industries and functions to support process improvements through the use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  2. Analyze business needs and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system design meets user needs
  4. Provide business analysis support for IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
  2. Experience in one or more of the following: Gaming, Supply Chain, or Retail Industry
  3. Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL (including service design and service level management)
  4. Business Process Re-engineering or process analysis experience
  5. Articulate both functional and non-functional requirements

Nice to Have:

  1. University degree in Business or Computer Science
  2. Business analysis certification such as IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
