Data Insights Consultant

Bond Brand Loyalty is seeking a skilled Data Insights Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Client Analytics team, you will leverage data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional project teams, making decisions at the team and project levels.
- Contribute to discipline-specific strategies within project teams and overall team strategies.
- Develop and document client needs using active listening and communication skills.
- Mentor other team members and support their professional growth.
- Apply operational business practices and coordinate with related teams to improve efficiency.
- Make complex decisions using subject matter expertise and Bond context.
- Lead others to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to organizational growth.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field with significant experience (5+ years) in data analysis or consulting.
- Proficiency in leading project teams and providing strategic direction.
- Advanced understanding of business drivers, revenue generation, and financial management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong client management skills and experience in business development.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, statistical testing, simulation, optimization).
- High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques.
- High proficiency with data visualization in BI reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong proficiency with database languages (SQL) and programming languages (Python, R).
