About the Role

Medicine Hat College is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our registered Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to children with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client programs, record keeping, assessment, and other tasks involved in therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with the registered Speech Pathologist to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide support and assistance to clients and their families as needed.
Requirements
  • Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program or a Rehabilitation Assistant Program.
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accurate and detailed record keeping.
