Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, educating customers on products, and processing cash and point-of-sale transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Process cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks in the store warehouse
- Perform routine office, clerical, and light cleaning tasks
Requirements
- At least 19 years old and not currently employed by a brewing, distilling, or alcohol-producing company
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, previous experience in the alcohol or service industry is an asset
- Lifting up to 40 lbs to receive and process stock
- Legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and short notice call-in as required
