About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Service Group Manager to join our team at MTL Aerostructure. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of aerospace engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers and technicians, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, evaluate technical designs and engineering work, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and motivate staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
