Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Technology division. This position entails the design, execution, administration, and ongoing support of our server and storage systems, which operate continuously across multiple data centers. We are in search of proactive and results-driven professionals who can thrive both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy IT infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee and manage servers, storage solutions, operating systems, virtualization, and software applications.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance IT system performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Engage in on-call support as required.
- A degree or diploma in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supporting enterprise-level servers, storage, and systems.
- Extensive knowledge of virtualization technologies with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in the administration, maintenance, and provisioning of:
- Linux operating systems.
- Enterprise virtualization technologies.
- High availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Enterprise-grade servers and storage systems.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with any of the following is advantageous:
- Distributed firewalls and micro-segmentation techniques.
- PIM and PAM tools and methodologies.
- LDAP and OAUTH/OpenID protocols.
