**Job Summary:**

Hallcon Crew Transport is seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Railway Crew Driver, you will be responsible for transporting railway personnel safely and on-time to major railways throughout Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport railway personnel to and from work sites
  • Ensure safe and timely transportation of personnel
  • Operate company vehicles in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet and exceed company safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to railway personnel

Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Abstract
  • Criminal background check will be conducted at company expense
  • 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
  • Minimum 5 years driving experience
  • Must have a Class 4 drivers license (or any other class that is equivalent)

Benefits:

  • Yearly Safety Bonus (must meet standards)
  • Competitive hourly rate ($18.84/hour for scheduled work, $20.54/hour for on-demand work)
  • Part-time availability may be considered
