About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Definite Projects Inc. as a Construction Worker. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, and tools.
  • Construction Support: Provide support to construction workers by assisting with tasks such as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials, as well as erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other structures.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, including concrete, asphalt, and other building materials.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in operating construction equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, and other machinery, under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the construction site, including cleaning up debris and waste.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the construction team by assisting with tasks such as directing traffic, assisting with framing, and other construction-related activities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
