Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visual appeal and maximize sales
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Work setting: Urban area, various locations
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Word
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation, own vehicle, valid driver's license, willing to travel, travel expenses paid by employer
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, team player
