Position Overview:

We are in search of a Supervisor/Driver to be an integral part of our innovative mobile kitchen initiative. In this role, you will operate the food truck at various events and play a crucial role in supporting the management team. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations and collaborating closely with the team
  • Engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Training and mentoring team members
  • Upholding high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Completing necessary administrative duties
  • Driving the mobile kitchen to and from events

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a class 5 driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous
  • High energy and enthusiasm for the role
  • Commitment to service excellence and quality
  • Familiarity with Food Safe and WorkSafe regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the food industry
  • Availability to work over 20 hours per week with full-time flexibility
