Job Opportunity: Full-Time Permanent Caretaker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker to join our team at the Grande Prairie Public School Division. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and fixtures
  • Assist with snow removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in the caretaking field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and lift heavy objects
