We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our brewery equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on brewery equipment, including pumps, valves, and pressure relief systems.
  • Update performance metrics and explanations as needed in team rooms and office spaces.
  • Participate in Maintenance reviews with BOP and ZBS as needed.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Plumber – 306A (Red Seal) certification
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of the process equipment and specific brewing equipment.
  • Demonstrate understanding and execution of the maintenance requirements for process and specific brewing equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use computer systems, including SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong leadership, relationship, and communication skills to deal with peers, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead a cross-functional team of technicians and brewers.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision.
  • High energy and initiative.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Excellent work ethic and attendance record.
  • Ownership and accountability demonstrated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • SDCA certified.
