Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, maintaining the integrity of the structure.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
