Software Engineering/Development: Clinical Software Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Software Web Developer to join our team at Canfield Scientific, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, web development, and clinical software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate software requirements, wireframes, and designs into fully functional clinical software
  • Maintain existing codebases, integrate new content and pages into the existing infrastructure, and ensure seamless user experience
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service
  • Communicate status, issues, barriers, metrics, reports, and other required information to the Team Lead and Clinical Software Project management team in a timely and effective manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging deadlines and resource constraints, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Experience with Web Services such as REST, SOAP, and other industry-standard technologies
  • Experience with relational databases, including SQL Server and MySQL
  • Web design and layout experience, with a focus on creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces
