Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Advance Sheet Metal Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials, and assisting in demolishing buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with steel, iron, and heavy metals, and will be physically demanding, handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Experience working with steel, iron, and heavy metals
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience an asset
