Quality Assurance Manager

McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the quality department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, including sensory panels and equipment calibration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and support to quality control employees on quality procedures and equipment operation.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., food science, quality assurance).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving quality standards and reducing defects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
